The site is read as cracked earth: the fissure becomes the spine, and everything grows along it.

A mixed-use destination in New Cairo, within the Stei8ht project. The plan takes its geometry from cracked earth: a fissure runs through the site and becomes the spine, with volumes growing along it and bridges crossing between them.

Retail and food occupy the ground and first floors with direct plaza frontage. Administrative floors sit above, quieter and repetitive, and the plazas carry as much programme as the interiors.
