El Masar Mixed-Use Development

A mixed-use district organised around a single continuous pedestrian journey. Buildings, retail frontage, shaded lanes, plazas, bridges and workplace entrances are strung along one route, so the development reads as one place rather than a set of parcels.

The material language borrows from Egyptian streets and courtyards — stone surfaces, deep shade, transitional thresholds — and resolves them through contemporary massing and transparent office façades.
