On a mixed-use building, the façade is where the programme becomes an identity.
A façade study for a mixed-use development in New Cairo. Retail wants exposure and signage; workplace wants calm and consistency — the elevation has to serve both without either overwhelming it.
Signage zones are planned into the façade grid rather than applied to it, and a controlled rhythm of depth and shading gives the upper floors their own identity within one envelope.
